I first worked with Ryan launching the 2018 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition. He joined a tier 1 supplier at a time when they were launching a new product line (exterior trim) and having a lot of difficulties. He was dedicated to root causing all the issues and bringing the project to a conclusion through implementing interim and permanent corrective actions thus ensuring launch was not delayed and his supplier was able to avoid unnecessary escalation reviews. His dedicated effort toward creating unique design solutions which could be implemented in the tooling quickly; really helped gain confidence in his supplier and set up the program for long term success.
